Hi! My name is Giulianni Giraldo, you can call me Giuls; I am the founder and head coach of MacroFitness. I am certified by the ISSA (International Sports Science Association) in nutritional science, specialized in fitness nutrition and a certified strength and conditioning coach. And for the past decade I have dedicated my life to sports and bodybuilding.


Being a coach is my full-time job, and for this reason I’m here to dedicate myself 100% to YOU! I will guide you every step of the way in this process of improving your life and teaching you the science behind proper nutrition and training.

My philosophy as a coach and something that I have promoted passionately with MacroFitness; is giving my clients and the thousands around the world that follow me the necessary KNOWLEDGE to reach their goals! I'm not here just to give you results and tell you what to do. I want to teach you how and why you should follow certain protocols to optimize your results! I want this process to also be a learning experience, because I know that our time together will be limited, but the knowledge you aquire will last a lifetime!

I will give you all the tools necessary to achieve every single one of your goals; whether its fat loss, building muscle, getting stronger, improving your health, for recreational purposes or improving and competing in your sport (bodybuilding, powerlifting, football, soccer, baseball, etc.)


I’ve been an athlete my entire life and grew up in a house with bodybuilders, so sports have been my passion for as long as I can remember. And this passion has turned into my job, to help others and provide them with my knowledge and years of experience. My job is to take out the guesswork for you, so that results come consistently without ever thinking about if you’re doing something wrong. That’s why I’m here for YOU! To guide you and transform your life!


For the past decade I have dedicated my life to fitness and bodybuilding, reviewing scientific literature on nutrition, training and the human body, to find the best way possible for improving the lives of my clients. Aside from my certifications I am an author, a nutritional science lecturer and educator, a fitness consultant for several gyms in my area and a lifetime natural bodybuilder. And I believe that in this modern age of what seems to be like infinite knowledge, I am truly convinced that being scientifically literate is a must for being a good coach. There’s no such thing as having too much knowledge, and its for this reason that MacroFitness is a never ending project dedicated to learning, evolving and providing our clients with nothing but the best to achieve the most optimal results!

Hello! I'm Kiara Castillo, one of the coaches from Macrofitness and I believe that the first step to creating any kind of change is requiring yourself to face what needs changing!!! There is no magic pill or potion for getting fit. And I learned this through my own trials and errors until I was finally able to kick bad habits and embrace health and fitness as a lifestyle. I feel so strongly about how fitness had changed my life that I wanted to share it with others, and help them change their lives too! 


I haven’t always felt this strong, just as I’m sure many of you have yet to realise your own strength. I know the hustle and hard work it takes to become a better version of yourself and its not easy! But, with hard work, determination and a lot of encouragement you can achieve amazing things!


As a coach I always tell my clients to make gradual changes to their overall lifestyle instead of drastic, extreme changes, and always maintain a sense of humor about things—know that you'll never be perfect... Understand yourself and your motivations, your fears, your values, and purpose in life. 


We try to make weight loss simple in our society, but it's one of the most complicated subjects on earth because we are complicated beings. Anyone can lose weight. If you want to keep it off, you need to truly understand yourself and heal yourself of the need to act out life's frustrations on your body.


Diets are temporary and so are the results. If you make permanent changes, you get permanent results, I can guide you in that fitness path you want to take, I can help you make changes to your lifestyle and make the right choices... And yes I know there are countless solutions!! But it just comes down to discovering the one that is best suited to you.
